Job Description:
? 8+ years direct experience working in Enterprise Data Warehouse technologies
? 8+ years in a customer facing role working with enterprise clients
? Discover the application landscape for migration into GCP
? Lead and design the migration strategy for all application components
? Document migration strategy and plan for next phase
? Collaborate with data and infra architect for end-to-end migrations of all application components
? Working with subject matter experts to build migration strategy, co-creating and developing a viable solution
? Attend client workshops to articulate scope, method and approach for the migration
? Identify technical solutions to migration milestones, using best practices and blueprints
? Validate move success, monitoring tools integration, CI/CD integration
? Validate target infrastructure for migration readiness
? Drive the implementation of special migration methods like cluster migration, storage or data migration
? Create the required artifacts (design documents, run book, HLD, LLD)
? Design migration plan strategy and solution
? Develop a point of view, capture, prioritize and analyze technical (functional and non-functional requirements)
? Apply architectural methods and techniques
? Exposure in GCP Services
? Hands on working and migration experience for Java/Scala/PostgreSQL / ElasticSearch
? Able to build migration strategy for PostgreSQL / ElasticSearch
? Hands on working knowledge on CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, Terraform
