Accountability
20% Develop standard TBM IT cost transparency reports based on stakeholder needs / Establish monthly insight reports for Steering Committees and Executive Committees
20% Establish, document, and execute monthly operational processes
10% Provide financial expertise and analytical capabilities
10% Partner with IT executives, service and application owners, finance representatives, and functional leaders to develop and continuously refine their TBM costing capabilities
5% Serve as a TBM Cost Transparency Champion / Apptio Champion
5% Drive the implementation of the TBM \ capabilities by supporting Apptio system implementations, including the definition of requirements for maintenance and enhancements
10% Develop TBM cost and operational data quality improvement plans (example – assumptive to consumptive data modifications)
5% Support TBM Director in developing Show Back and Charge Back models
5% Support the development of training for users of the TBM cost model and provide support for stakeholders as they become familiar with TBM concept
10% Provide guidance and oversight to educate stakeholders on how the TBM cost model is constructed to include describing the data mappings, assignment and allocation methods, and processing logic
