| FinancialBusiness Analyst Location:Remote Duration:12 months MOI: Skype Visa: GC/USConly Qualifications Aminimum of 6 years Business Analyst experience in Finance or Accounting • Aminimum of 3 years’ experience working with an ERP system (Oracle or PeopleSoftpreferred) • Experiencewith budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and expense allocations • Demonstratedexperience in gathering and documenting business requirements, as-is and to- bebusiness process designs, functional configuration, testing, and user training • Anaplanexperience a plus • Serveas a subject matter expert for TM1/Planning Analytics and Anaplan applications. • InsuranceDomain experience a plus • Workon integrating the TM1/Planning Analytics and Anaplan Systems with Oracle CloudERP system as part of an ERP Replacement project to replace PeopleSoft • Developbusiness requirements, functional requirements, and user stories. • PerformSystem Configurations, as needed • Participatein the Scrum team and assist in prioritizing the backlog. • ProvideSupport to the Technical and QA staff during implementation of backlog items. • ProvideUser Acceptance testing support and QA/UAT defect resolution. • Createuser guides and providing training to users on system functionality • Provideongoing production support, including responding to user issues, collaboratingwith the technical team to analyze and resolve reported system issues, andcommunicating the resolution of issues to the business community. • Complyto Company standards and practices for SOX controls. • Experiencecollaborating with clients on business process enhancements • Abilityto work independently and manage multiple task assignments • Strongoral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio,MS PowerPoint) Strong problem solving and troubleshooting |
