Candidates must be W2 and must be US Citizens. Focus on candidates who have worked with the Federal government or Federal security requirements. Critical to have federal level of security exp. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as NIST 800-53 & 171/CMMC, DFARS, and ISO .

Overview
Dell Federal IT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a number of compliance initiatives ranging in size and complexity. This role requires a highly motivated, quick-learner with strong foundational project management skills and experience managing technical projects spanning across IT (e.g., applications, operations, infrastructure) and/or Cybersecurity that impact multiple stakeholders. Individual must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment with multiple/changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including application software development, operations, security and the business, to identify and document remediation plans
- Translate remediation plans into well-defined project plans
- Provide management and structure around project scheduling, tracking, resource management issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting
- Provide written and verbal status updates to program team
- Manage and run project status meetings
- Manage stakeholder interaction and expectations
- Own and drive success by collaborating with the correct stakeholder, escalating issues effectively, and communicating wins

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience delivering results in an environment with ambiguous processes and multiple stakeholders
- Strong initiative and project leadership & communication skills.
- Team player, self-starter, with proven track record of working in collaborate environment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Creative problem-solving and a positive attitude
- Experience managing technical projects within Information Technology and/or Cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as NIST 800-53 & 171/CMMC, DFARS, and ISO
- Bachelor’s Degree required and preferred discipline in Information Technology
- Project Management Certification is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen
