Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Tampa, Florida (They will work from BRP office in Tampa, FL with some days from home)
Duration: 6 months Contract to hire

Position Summary:
The Facilities Project Manager is responsible to ensure the efficient delivery of Facility specific services as required, and manages project to execute Facility improvements, moves and opening/closures/consolidations. Between 50%-75% travel expected to oversee assigned projects.
This position requires driving a vehicle on behalf of the firm. Regular local and/or regional travel is expected in order to meet with clients/colleagues at other locations. Therefore, the incumbent must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in their state of residence and will be subject to annual Motor Vehicle Checks per our firm’s auto insurance policy requirements.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and scope of work to include reading and understanding construction documents
- Excellent diplomatic communication skills, verbal and written, that are clear and concise is required
- Experience with managing projects and working independently
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
- Experience with facilities, project or real estate management is highly preferred
- Multi-site oversight experience is required
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Monday.com
