Responsibilities:
Testing experience in Datawarehouse projects
Strong hands on experience in Data warehouse testing
Hands on experience in testing Business Intelligence Reports
Candidate should be very strong in writing complex SQL queries and SQL Analytical Functions.
Experience testing/validation complex reports generated by Cognos or any BI reporting tool
Excellent working knowledge in Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Estimates, and Test Case design.
Follow the defined testing standards and procedures for testing projects
Experience in creating traceability matrix mapping Test Scenarios / Test Cases with requirements.
Working experience leading a test team in ensuring quality: Onsite – offshore model
Experience working in projects using Agile projects
Working knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile principles
Able to lead meetings (for defects with the project teams)
Able to assign and track work assigned to other team members
Act as a lead in ensuring quality.
