Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop the test plan and testing kickoff for a given work stream
Build and maintain traceability from requirements through execution of the tests that validate the requirements
Report test status and defect summary to QA manager
Report issues, risks, dependencies, constraints to QA manager
Work with business SMEs to define testing scope
Assist the business SMEs in developing scenarios
Assist the business SMEs in developing test scripts in JIRA
Assist the business SMEs to execute test scripts in JIRA
Assist the business SMEs with logging defects discovered in JIRA
Manage and drive resolution of business testing defects in JIRA
Manage communications across testing team (meetings, triage, etc
Assist QA Manager with tasks and guidance
Primary Technical Skills
Jira with Zephyr add-on (for Test Management) – Must Have
Informatica PowerCenter (for ETL & Data Validation) – Must Have
SQL Developer (for Data Validation) – Should have
ReadyAPI by Smart Bear or similar tool set like postman or SoapUI (for Microservices Validation) – Could Have
Primary Business Knowledge
Banking Services (Banking as a Service aka FIS or Fiserv) – Must HaT
