Client: ABC Supply
Position: ERP BA 
Location: looking for local candidates only as of now 
Duration: 12+ month contract

Notes: 
•    Required experience as a BA analyzing processes and requirements in the context of an ERP system or integrations
•    Must have good understanding o Waterfall and Agile methodology 
•    Strong facilitation skills required to lead workshops with Business and keep them on track
•    This person should have an enthusiastic personality/character that can be accepted by a large group of people
•    Ability to articulate project process in their role as a BA and how they gather requirements
•    Experience on larger scale projects versus individual is preferred
•    Excellent oral and written skills
•    Proven experience with ownership and accountability
•    Industry experience in full sale distribution or manufacturing is preferred but not required

The below skillsets are preferred:
•    Accountable for understanding business processes, functions and rules 
•    Maintain process and requirement deliverables throughout project, incorporating changes
•    Successfully conduct data mapping, if applicable
•    Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owner, and architects to understand potential solution tradeoffs on processes and expected benefits

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities

•    Work with Business Leads to define business problems
•    Work with Business Leads and SME’s to document business rules, business requirements, process flows, user stories and other project artifacts
•    Identify system gaps
•    Assist QA team with development of test scenarios and expected results
•    Assist with the development and validation of training materials
•    Prepare and help deliver business process workshops and design sessions
•    Complete activities and deliverables per project plan
•    Help track completion of system gaps
•    Recommend solutions to the business in the capacity of a trusted advisor
•    Understand dependencies with other systems

Core Skills for all BA Roles
Required:
•    Strong ERP project experience and knowledge
•    ‘Strong ERP or large application project experience and knowledge’ otherwise it is fine
•    Ability to lead meetings, including preparation, agenda, execution, notes, follow-up
•    Ability to gather and document business, functional or data conversion requirements
•    Experience creating process flow diagrams using Visio 
•    Experience supporting development of test cases and training material
•    3-7 years of experience as a BA
•    Excellent oral and written skills
•    Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools

Desirable:
•    Fortune 500-1000 companies 
•    Wholesale Distribution industry experience
