2. Role: Ecommerce Business Analyst- Remote for now, Chesapeake VA after COVID
Must have –
eCommerce experience – front end ecomm skills
Agile experience
Become a subject matter expert with Front End eCommerce technology processes
Work on large or multiple agile/waterfall/iterative projects with a focus on process documentation, requirements documents, user story development, user acceptance testing and training/communications
Act as a strategic thought partner, propose alternatives/solutions in alignment with requirements/objectives/timelines and address issues facing the business
Act as liaison with technical and development teams to convert business requirements into technology requirements
Develop business cases, test cases, and fulfill the project SME role on select projects
Support implementation and testing
Perform SIT and UAT testing
Help with change management plans to ensure adoption of process improvement changes and technology solutions across the organization
Ensure proper processes are followed in the systems life cycle
Provide functional/technical and application support for troubleshooting and resolving issues where required
Help with project and application reporting and communicating across all various levels of the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors in business, computer science, MIS or other four-year related degree
Proficiency in MS Office suite, including MS Project
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint
3+ years of BA experience in eCommerce at a mid to large eCommerce retailer
Software Development Lifecycle experience
