2+ years developing business requirements for Business Intelligence solutions
2+ years creating conceptual dimensional data models focusing on BI and analytics needs – not database design. (This is not a role for a traditional DBA)
Communication skills are vital
2+ years with SQL desirable but not necessary
6 months experience designing BI-focused VDS’s in Dremio required
Experience designing BI related “semantic layer” using products such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker or similar highly desired
Coding experience using Python or RESTFul Web Service is highly desirable but not required
Understanding of data lake architecture utilizing Parquet files for data storage highly desirable but not required
