Role: .Net Support Engineer  (Production Support Experience Mandatory)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

 

Job Description:

  • Work on Minor/Major enhancements and development activities apart from the below Production support scope of work
  • Incident management and Problem management for billing application and its related interfaces and batch jobs
  • Triage various production related real time alerts and involve appropriate teams in case of Production Outage and resolve the issue
  • Communicate out to business users and executive leadership team on Production issues in clear business terms
  • Responsible for owning the RCA for internal production incidents and presenting to leadership team
  • Identification analysis and resolution of systemic issues related to the application
  • Work on Automated jobs and scripts for recurring issues
  • Good knowledge of Unix and SQL  for creating sql quires  on demand
  • Handle post deployment production support and bug fixes for critical and high severity production defects
