Expert-level Programmer for the CAPAS/FIDAS project
Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:
Analysis, design, prototype/wireframes, coding, component, and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team
Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work · Mentor SBOE staff on .Net implementation
Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions
Mandatory Qualifications:
Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software.
84+months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Preferred Qualifications:
84 Months experience in creating secure web applications in Microsoft .Net in a team environment.
60 Months experience programming applications in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), MVC, JQuery, JSON, and CNET, using .NET Framework 4.0 or above
48 Months experience in designing/architecting web applications which are accessible (meet accessibility laws and regulations
48 Months experience in designing/architecting web applications which are responsive; able to be viewed on multiple different platforms and screen sizes, including desktop computer, tablet phone etc. using the same code base.
84 Months experience in developing stored procedures, functions, packages in MS SQL Server 2008 or higher using TSQL
48 Months experience maintaining application code in Team Foundation Server
48 Months experience in development using Agile/Scrum
48 Months experience with secure coding methodologies, including the ability to troubleshoot and address defects as they relate to security.
84 Months experience in designing and creating relational database structures in SQL Server to meet business needs
Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related field, from an accredited institution.
