Role : .Net Full stack developer

Location : Overland Park, KS



Job Description:

This full stack developer position will be responsible for development and maintenance of tools crucial to the efficient service assurance of a large wireless carrier’s network.  A high level of innovative thinking and execution is required.  A good understanding of wireless network technologies and voice/data call flows will benefit the successful candidate.



Responsibilities:

            Work with Network Engineering and Network Operations to identify their needs and create tools for proactively detecting network problems with CDMA and LTE networks.

            Create tools to assist in monitoring and assessing new telecom systems & technologies.

            Design and implement software programs to gather and report end-to-end performance data to quantify customer experience or network performance.

            Design and implement databases to store historical network data for analyzing patterns in network performance.

            Develop user friendly websites that effectively and intuitively present collected information to a diverse audience.

            Automate processes using software tools and scripts.

            Code should use object-oriented principles with reusability and ease of maintenance in mind.

            Collaborate and participate in refining processes in engineering teams



Qualifications:

Skills, Experience and Education:

Master''s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or foreign academic equivalent) plus 3 years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with at least 7 years of experience.

            Hands-on experience with the .NET Framework and C#

            Working knowledge of one or more key solution technologies including ASP.NET, ADO.NET, T-SQL and Subversion

            Strong experience using Angular, Bootstrap, AJAX and Java Script

            Exposure to frameworks and patterns such as MVC/MVP, Entity Framework, DI, and Enterprise Library

            Experience delivering solutions using industry standard SDLC methodologies

            Fundamental understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns

            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

            Must work well in a team environment and be willing to participate in code reviews

            Multi-task and quickly change priorities based on changing business requirements

            Other Qualifications:

o            Knowledge on wireless technologies

o            Microsoft Certification

o            Experience in Linux, Perl and SSH
