Job Description:
· Participate in a team-oriented environment to define and develop user interfaces, business rules, and data management applications. The job function includes the following:
· Execute software development life cycle activities from software requirements, design and implementation.
· Develop, test and integrate software using current software technologies.
· Apply the latest software design and development tools and techniques as required.
· Investigate on-market issues, determine appropriate corrections, and implement those corrections following our software engineering process.
· Ensure compliance with the ADD Quality system.
Key Qualifications:
· Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience developing Windows Desktop applications, out of which 6-8 years should be utilizing .NET/C#, WPF/XAML, WCF, etc.
· Database development using SQL Server
· Strong Objected Oriented Analysis and Design skills
· Familiarity with modern software architecture and design patterns
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
