Job Description :
Mandatory skills: C#, WPF and Desktop experience. The Sr Software Engineer, C# / WPF will be part of a team working on the development and support of various .NET / C# applications that simulate our mechanical instruments and/or external interface systems as well as automation scripting written in C# that are integrated with Unified Functional Testing (UFT) that leverages VB scripting. The mechanical instrument simulations will include motion control and fluidics, utilizing servos and stepper motors to physically move mechanisms into position and valves and pumps to process fluids. In addition, additional support may be required to develop the table-driven automation scripts written in UFT. WHAT YOU WILL DO: ? You will work on C# application development of the simulation software which will include WPF presentation and communication with embedded code written in C++. ? You will work on design and development of automation scripts, performance, debugging, testing the software, and testing tool integration. ? Ability to work with tools vendor to maintain/advance the integration strategy. ? Work with existing toolsets while simultaneously bringing new ideas and approaches into the team. ? You will assist with technical documentation in support of tool validation and user guides. ? Prioritize work based on benefit and project timeline. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Experience ? Associate degree required, Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar strongly desired. ? 7+ years of relevant experience Preferred Experience ? 5+ years of experience in programming in C# with at least 2+ years in WPF ? 2+ years of exposure in Atlassian suite ? Bamboo, JIRA, Bit bucket and confluence ? 2+ years of experience working with automation tools for software testing ? Experience in agile and lean delivery concepts and methodologies ? Experience in Medical instrument development or controlled and regulated environment ? Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
