Job Description :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop, Maintain and enhance over the different applications of the RA Claims and Benefits system (CONNECT);
• Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy;
• Develop enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements;
• Use a variety of platforms to provide automated system applications to customers;
• Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business;
• Assist with reported problems identified to require high-level support;
• Develop programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures.

Must-have skills: 

7-10 y of overall experience

3y architecture, applications systems design and integration

project lead for multiple IT projects

Reemployment Assistance (RA) Claims & Benefits system (CONNECT), uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Compensation (UC) system;

.Net 3.5+ and ASP.NET, C#.Net 4.0+ Framework

Relational database

N-Tier Architecture

Team Foundation Server (TFS)

ANSI SQL (Oracle 12g, or SQL Server)

Crystal Reports

Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) software, such as LLBLGen

Web services (WSDL, SOAP, or WCF); SOA

Windows Workflow Foundation (WF)

IBM FileNet.
 
Requirements:
• Experience in various areas of IT (7-10 years);
• Experience working as a project lead for multiple IT projects;
• Experience with Reemployment Assistance (RA) Claims and Benefits system (CONNECT), uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Compensation (UC) system;
• C# software development experience;
• Relational Database experience;
• Experience with N-tier architecture;
• Experience with .Net 3.5 or later;
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall;
• Experience with ASP.Net;
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or later;
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS);
• Experience with ANSI SQL (Oracle 12g or SQL Server);
• Experience with Crystal reports;
• Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) software, such as LLBLGen;
• Experience with Web services (WSDL, SOAP, WCF)
• Experience with Windows Communication Foundation;
• Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation (WF);
• Experience with IBM FileNet;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other field with 2-3 years of architecture experience or Master’s with 1-2 years.
