Tittle: Scrum Master
Location: Franklin, TN (Mandatory)
Scrum Master
Responsibilities
Helps the team embrace SAFe Core Values, adopt and apply SAFe Principles, and implement SAFe practices.
They should help the team focus on daily and Iteration Goals in the context of current Program Increment (PI) Objectives.
Facilitates sprint retrospective team meetings, including (where applicable) the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective.
Scrum Master should help the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
They should help coordinate inter-team cooperation and helps the team operate well on the iteration.
Focuses on continuously improving team dynamics and performance.
Additional Skillset: Healthcare and Technical experience, will add value to the role. Optional.
Tools: Experience in RTC (EWM) preferred

Product Owner
Responsibilities
They should understand the priorities from Product Manager and prioritize the work for the team accordingly
They should build and maintain the product and team backlog
PO should review and reprioritize the backlog as part of the prep work for Iteration Planning, including coordination of dependencies with other PO’s.
They should be able to write user stories and acceptance criteria
Coordinate with business team to understand the details of the issues or requirements and clearly set the expectation
Additional Skillset: Healthcare and Technical experience, will add value to the role. They should be able speak to IT intelligently and communicate the details.
Tools: Experience in RTC (EWM) preferred
