1) Prior experience (3+ years) as an interactive marketing/content strategist or directly related experience.
2) Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and collected manner.
3) Ability to digest goals and requests, then translate them into broader strategic digital recommendations while taking into account LOE and ROI.
4) Prior experience with e-commerce and account management carts and flows for entertainment content and/or entertainment technology brands is a BIG plus.

Overall Purpose:
Digital producers coordinate, supervise, and plan projects involving the creation of digital media. They collaborate with multiple project teams or departments to oversee the design and development of a range of digital campaigns.
1) A producer provides unique oversight and perspective to maintain a common goal while increasing knowledge, communication, and awareness between team members and the client.
2) A producer must possess effective communication, organizational skills, maintain a realistic view of complex digital initiatives, and manage the end-to-end process.
3) The producer will combine the collective strengths of marketing, project management, product development, and technology to effectively bring the project from conception to birth without compromising the original vision.
