Title: Digital Marketing Program Manager
Location: Malvern PA
Duration: 1 Year
Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud is needed
Managing and supervising client marketing projects from beginning to end.
Responsible for sending Weekly Status Report Monthly Status Report for the program Responsible for project deliverables meeting SLA for planned activities.
Consulting with the client in marketing matters and keeping the client up to date with the progress on the project.
Organizing and delegating every day activities as they relate to the overall marketing plan Managing the client project budget and ensuring the team meets the time estimates for each initiative.
Collaborating with marketing specialists solution architects and designers to complete the marketing initiatives at hand.
Ensuring the quality of the marketing work in the project as it pertains to complying with the scope audience and general marketing goal.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
Proposing next steps and upselling additional marketing work.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in delivering large programs with multiple teams vendors across several LOBs.
6 years of working in Digital marketing specifically in the areas of marketing automation operations data and or digital marketing.
Top notch program management reporting delivery leadership people management and presentation skills.
Should be able to hold a conversation with Executive leadership levels.
Functional understanding of Marketing Technology stack Experience collaborating with Salesforce admins IT teams sales ops and other non marketing stakeholders.
Experience in and deep knowledge of data workflows architecture field syncs campaign hierarchy and lead management.
Expert level knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
A knowledge of data retention practices and privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA a plus Analytical mindset and ability to interpret and communicate results to stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
