· Thorough knowledge and experience in DevOps pipeline.
· Good knowledge on CICD, Jenkins, Maven and other DevOps tools
· Oversight – Confirm that they are following naming convention, EC2 deployments, deploy any necessary security controls
· Support – Assisting in any Contact Flow, Call Recording, Work Force Management issues. Ongoing support of EC2 updates (Windows/CentOS)
· Integration - Support of the Salesforce integration requirements (sending key value pairs, etc), routing between US and EU
