Job Responsibility:

Partners with Scrum Teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.
Works with infrastructure teams to implement fully automated environments.
Implements standard automation patterns based on industry best practices.
Provides day-to-day DevOps support to the Scrum and infrastructure teams.
Maintains and monitors CI/CD pipelines.
Responsible for the delivery of automated software delivery practices focusing on full automation between the development and production environments.
Collaborates with Development, Testing, Architecture, and Infrastructure groups to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
Works with a dedicated agile development team to deliver customer/business value through product features.
Take ownership of larger technical items that span many sprints and release points, to ensure the items that don’t squarely fit into a time-box are still accomplished.
Take an agile pro-active approach that delivers improvements to the organization in a timely basis.
Perform strategic planning, upgrades, maintenance and support.
Actively contribute to and drive creation of artifacts for Architectures, Design Considerations and Best Practices.
Maintain working knowledge of alternative Log Analytic solutions (i.e. Splunk, Elastic Filebeats/Logstash and other tools), as well as cloud-based offerings.
Handle occasional on-call duties and escalations as they rotate through the team.

Mandatory:

Profound experience with Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and TFS
Have worked closely with full Product Teams (Product Managers, Tech Leads, Engineering Manager, Security and Operations roles) to deliver an experience to customers
12+ years of total experience for onsite lead and 7+ for offshore engineer
5+ years of progressive DevOps engineering experience
Strong interpersonal communication and diplomacy skills
BS or MS in related industry/field or equivalent experience (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems)
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools
Experience in scripting languages (PowerShell, Perl, PHP)
Experience with .NET, C# and Visual Studio
Hands-on experience working in Azure DevOps (Team Foundation Server), MS Build, SQL Server
Experience with application orchestration and IAS solutions (Nutanix Calm, Azure)
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end DevOps pipeline
Comfortable working in a highly distributed development environment
Comfortable proactively engaging with multiple development teams
Experience with JFrog Artifactory, Selenium, Flyway, or HP ALM
Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
Strong UML skills
