Job Title: DevOps/ DevSecOps/ SRE Engineer Job ID: #714544 No. Of Opening: 5 Duration: 6 Months+ (W2 contract) Location: Remote across USA Interview process: 2 Rounds with ITP Must have Build and Manage CI/CD Pipelines Provide break-fix support and work with development teams fixing build failures Setup KPIs and metrics to be monitored at each phase of CICD pipelines Onboard new applications to CICD pipelines Develop scripts and/or integrate tools to automate pipeline tasks/jobs Develop runbooks and process documentation Application Performance Monitoring: Monitoring SLO/SLA between development and product teams Determine the performance, reliability, and cost estimate of applications by looking at various KPI to include: VALET Volume Availability Latency Errors Tickets Onboard third-party applications by creating runbooks, implementation/integration plans and process documentation Apigee Vault MuleSoft Application Blueprinting (One Pagers): Develop application blueprints to document application dependency mapping, integration points, configuration parameters, database connection configurations, deployment configurations and internal/external web/rest api dependencies Application and Infrastructure Tracing and Observability Monitor applications for end-to-end visibility and traceability, identify gaps and recommend ways to improve the overall application and infrastructure observability to enhance performance, complete visibility into application, identify and mitigate any production issues Work with development and product team’s setup tools and processes Develop process documentation e.g., runbooks, implementation plans Good to have Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Create, maintain and upgrade Terraform infrastructure Networking and Security - Connectivity, Load-balancer, DNS, DHCP, Service Mesh, Storage and Backups Identity & Access Management, SSO, MFA Compute (Server and Serverless) Data and Databases Monitoring and Observability Security and Guardrails
