ob Description: IT Operations Associate Level 1

The Distribution Center IT associate is responsible for maintaining various IT systems, as well as providing strong customer service by utilizing good communication skills and an energetic, proactive approach.

Key accountabilities:

Hardware support including Handheld and Truck Mounted RF Terminals, Scanners, Laser and Label Printers, pcs, laptops, monitors, general peripherals, IP phones. HP Server Support.
Software support including Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office, MSOffice 365.
Specific system support including security badging systems, and light camera support.
Printer preventative maintenance and support.
Security patching of systems as necessary.
Support IT break/fix for the site using standard helpdesk software to manage the flow and priority of requests.
Complete New Deployments for PCs, Laptops utilizing company standard imaging practices
Deploy Cisco IP phone handsets as required by the business. (Endpoint support only)
Basic Networking tasks including basic troubleshooting of endpoints, patching new endpoints into the network, basic wireless authentication configurations for endpoints.
Maintain strong communication with the Distribution Center leadership and IT teams to ensure day to day success. This includes being the primary IT point of contact for the local plant manager.
Work Schedule:

The base schedule is Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM onsite. A swing schedule to accommodate additional shift startup may be required.
Experience in large facility / warehouse / distribution center is required as it’s a dynamic position that involves movement within the facility and hence involves walking
