Position: Desktop Support Engineer 

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Duration: Long Term Contract

Client: Tech Mahindra

 

Job Description:

·         Smart hands engineer for Thin Client refresh project

·         Understanding of Thin Client medical devices

·         Understanding of Win 10 operating Systems and troubleshoot if required

·         Responsible to unpack, power-on, install, configure  thin clients in Health Care Industry

·         Setup thin clients, peripherals and test network connections.

·         Maintain CMDB record as per the change

·         Should have understanding of Domain Join or remove from AD.

·         Install and test software applications

·         Test computers to ensure proper functioning

·         Understand device recycle process, power down old devices and return old devices to staging / storage area

·         Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.

·         Setup devices and install software for various applications and programs.

·         Interact with staff on thin client problems and their resolution.

·         Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.

·         Submit daily report on activities and productivity

·         Submission of weekly timesheets
