Position: Desktop/Help Desk/Service Desk/Computer Specialist Admin Location: Baltimore, MD(only onsite work) Duration: Long Term Job Description: Soft skills and professional behavior are important qualifications too. Below are the types of duties for this position: 1. Computer equipment setup, testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair 2. Computer hardware and software installation, and configuration 3. Computer equipment relocation 4. Application installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting 5. Virus, Malware, Spyware Removal 6. Maintain Physical Inventory and Documentation 7. Remove and prepare equipment for surplus 8. Resetting Users AD Account Passwords 9. Prepare and deploy images for laptops and tablets (Dell, HP laptops and Microsoft Surface tablets) 10. Support Android and iPad tablets including updating of software and user setup 11.
