Job Description:
Summary: Our client is looking for a Delivery Manager who will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, sustainment, and continuation improvement focused on Product services as well as establishing, measuring, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) related to services, processes, operations, and delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Services Delivery Manager for multiple projects while working closely with clients and the offshore team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify Upselling opportunities and collaborate with the Sales Stakeholders.
- Experience in Project management, Agile methodology, operations Management, IT quality process assurance, and SLA management.
- Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly activities are accomplished in accordance with standard operational procedures.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the execution of the process development and improvement roadmap for multiple processes as needed to improve alignment and business outcomes.
- Experience working in an onsite and offshore model.
- Mentor and manage team members.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for teams.
- Ensure the project runs on time, within budget, and deliver the expected quality output.
- Attend Daily standups to ensure the project is running smoothly.

- Highly motivated professional with 5 years of experience.
- Must be customer-focused, responsive, and take initiative in this role.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work closely with the client and offshore teams to understand business requirements and deliver effectively.
- Works independently and is responsible for meeting committed deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Project estimation and Delivery.
- Prior experience working with Product services delivery is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Best Practices.
- Good knowledge of SDLC techniques like Agile Scrum, Kanban, Iterative, and Waterfall models.
- Expert at MS Office Tools and any development background is a plus.
