Role: Automated Test Engineer
Location: Middletown, NJ
Position Description
The client's Chief Information & Data Office Quality Assurance team maintains various internal applications. They are seeking team members skilled in test automation.
This position is based in Middletown, New Jersey.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Plan application component validation for front-end GUIs, back-end systems, rules engines, reporting engines, and analytics engines; this includes:
• Development of manual and automated testing scripts
• Maintenance of test script inventory
• Creation/maintenance of test data
• Development/execution of performance/load testing scenarios
• Coordinate with clients to ensure that requirements are valid per client expectations
• Work closely with development teams using multiple development methodologies
• Log and track defects to resolution
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
