Facilitate meetings with data owners and coordinate data improvement activities and communication.
Work with data owners to validate define data rules, define improvement metrics.
Ability to convert business require ments into a technical design
Ensure rule coding and results produced are fit for purpose deliver against business requirements and within expectations.
Contribute to documentation, demos and marketing materials for product features.
Coordi nation with teams to enable and drive POC deployments as per agreed timelines ensuring appropriate product delivery.
Evaluate multiple product performance, design and prepare reports with improvement metrics
Manages the technical rollout and po st-deliverable technical strategy
Drive teams to acquire necessary data to back assumptions, business glossaries and drive prioritization
7 years of Data Quality Developer Lead experience
Experience in developing DQ projects using DQ too ls (ex: Collibra DQ, IDQ etc)
Experience in handling large scale dataset
Experience in developing Transformations, Mapplets , Mappings, Match Merge strategies.
Experience with SQL, PL.SQL, Stored Procedures, Unix scripting
Experience with the business data analysis, integration, quality controls and governance of golden source data management.
Proficient in understanding business requirements and producing technical requirements specifications
Hands on experience in any ETL d ata profiling Data quality tool
Convert functional data mapping specs to technical specifications
Good understanding of data modelling - Ensure high quality deliverable with complete documentation and traceability
Detailed and hands-on experience knowledge of specific master data domain in MDM
Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends (Collibra and similar DG tools)
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Understanding of financial processes for various types of projects and various pricing models available
Strong Industry domain knowledge - Strong verbal and written communication & influencing skills
Should have strong analytical skills and problem solving.
