Position: Data Engineer

• Good problem solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent / conflicting priorities.
• Self-driven, highly motivated and have very high standards concerning quality of service delivered and attention to detail, where they lead by example and expect the same behavior of other colleagues.
• Exposure to distributed streaming platforms viz., kafka, flink is desirable
• Understanding of Equities Trading Lifecycle along with hands-on FIX protocol experience.
• Knowledge about Linux Operating System and solid experience in scripting (Shell/Python/Perl)
• Experience in production system monitoring and scheduling tools
• Good knowledge on relational databases (Oracle)
• Ability to write SQLs and understand PL-SQL procedures to facilitate data extraction/analysis.
• Knowledge of ITIL Practices
