Title: Data Engineer Location:Fully Remote Contract: 1 year+ (SHOUKD WORK ON W2 // NO C2C) Skills: Python AND Java (java for building data streams in Snowflake) SQL AWS Spark (or Flink*) Data Engineer Responsibilities: ? Build the next generation of digital banking solutions, derive and govern interaction customer data to improve engagement across marketing channels that provide insights to guide critical business decisions. ? Publish, Collect, enrich and secure data in realtime and build services for providing customer interaction context using real time data streaming and processing technologies. ? Hands-on experience with 6+ year of programming in Java/Python, big data technologies (EMR Flink/Spark, Kafka), RDBMS and NoSQL databases ? Design, implement and unit-test/validate new Java/Python components. Debug and troubleshoot issues. ? Proficient on building and deploying software on cloud environments like AWS ? Working knowledge of Linux concepts and tools (processes, file system, shell, etc.) ? Experience in design and implementation of Web service API and No-SQL clients. ? Proficiency in algorithms and data structures. ? Work closely with technical architect, and software engineers to drive the implementation of new applications, including integrating with enterprise products. ? Responsible for key system design and integration decisions; deliver scalable and robust cloud-based solutions. Manage standard system processes and enhancements. ?
