Technical Skills:

Ability to support & evolve production & test dashboards and reporting tracking application performance & resilience relative to Service Level Objectives & Service Level Indicators.
We currently use Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace primarily, to measure availability, latency, traffic, tickets, errors, and saturation.
Ability to create data stores for data analytics, experience with query tools to identify patterns & anomalies and reporting tools for communication across the product suite, to executives, and Availability Assurance.
AWS experience not required but would be helpful.
