    • Messaging Analytics
    • UHC ops shared service analytics team several pillars Group does OMNI Channel Data and Analytics; calls, chat, etc. COO's come to them for data and analytical needs
  • Looking for resources that can really work independent in the role. Will need to dig in and find strategic insights and present them to leadership.
  • A lot of independent thinking. Looking for guidance on where we can expand. Go into the space, understand high-level needs, but also make recommendations. Is this data being sent to be useful? Do we need it?

Deliverables

  • Figure out why are member calling in?
  • How do we improve their experience?
  • Linking chat visits and web visits to call center data linking across the OMNI channel experience which members and why are those members having bad experience via chat or web and needing to call into their call centers to get their answers
  • This resource, in a Monthly forum, will be presenting a deck to various leaders
    • Get into details of what is driving call volume
  • Present them: Use Excel and Power Point to set up presentation to leadership
  • Key is the analysis experience to be able to link the connections and draw meaningful insights from the data

Added Nuance to this role:

  • Hiring manager will not be there to help as much, therefore:
    • The data will not be known data sets so they will need both data engineering skills & be good and navigating a large organization where owners of different databases may need to be tracked down
    • This will be a stakeholder facing role so polish is a key element

Required Skills : MUST HAVE/REQUIRED: Big data experience (think Hive or Spark)/ 5 years experience identifying insights from data Backend: Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python how you find the insights does not matter which tools, could be any of these things Key is the analysis experience to be able to link the connections and draw meaningful insights from the data SQL experience Great communication skills - This resource, in a Monthly forum, will be presenting a deck to various leaders NICE TO HAVE Healthcare experience Contact/Call center experience
