Job Description :
Manager of ITwill assist the Director of IT in a cross functional role and is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the technology systems, supporting in-house staff by using statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful data reports, interacting with external customer including members, contractors, and assisting with IT projects. The Analyst creates and maintains internal procedures, documentation, budgets and policies related to critical technology systems. This position also works with contracted vendors and stakeholders to oversee various applications, systems and projects. The Data Analyst willwork with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project. Opportunity for advancement.
Main duties:
ul>
li>Monitor cloud-based servers and workstations/li>
li>Ad-hoc reporting utilizing Microsoft Access/SQL server/li>
li>Extensive analysis/cleanup of SQL data/li>
li>Maintenance and upgrades of software packages in use/li>
li>Assisting external customers with member/employer self-service portals removing this duty from Directors list of duties, Phone work, (low tech phone calls)/li>

Remaining duties:
ul>
li>Troubleshooting of limited server/network infrastructure (Chicago office)/li>
li>Security monitoring, AV/firewall/MS cloud/Auditing software */li>
li>Research and analysis of new technologies/li>

Experience (preferred)
ul>
li>Bachelor’s degree that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities ad described as required/li>
li>5+ years of IT experience. Ok to have IT as a secondary career/li>
li>Advanced problem solving, analytical and organizational skills and a demonstrated expertise in trouble shooting/li>
li>SQL reports, must have experience pulling data/li>
li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively/li>
li>High level of competency with Windows and Microsoft 365/li>
li>Experience with ERP, SQL, MS SQL, server, oracle, Office 365 ,( MS Azure for upcoming project)/li>
li>College level written and communication skills (must be able to speak in non tech terms)/li>
li>*Minimal security monitoring experience acceptable/li>
