Job Description:

  • We are looking for talented Reporting Analysts who can help us in enabling and tracking audiences and visitors across digital properties using A e Analytics platform to enable and deliver excellent experiences to end users. As a customer experience management firm, we are constantly enhancing user experiences in several of our customers' online platforms. The role of the A e Analytics Lead is crucial in personalizing
  • digital experiences. We are looking for a lead who can build and deliver the best in class personalized digital experiences through the right use of platform, frameworks, technologies, and code.

Responsibilities

  •  Implement & enhance A e Analytics and A e Launch
  • Administer the collection of high quality, actionable data through A e Analytics in support
  • of our ongoing digital channel optimization
  •  Implement, test and monitor the deployment and management of tags; identify/triage
  • tagging issues that may arise
  • Ensure our data layer is properly configured and maintained
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support tagging needs, including enabling
  • the measurement of microsites, Marketing and Social campaigns, and 3rd party pixel tags
  •  Ensure data integrity and documentation of tagging standards
  • Understand and own tagging and analytics requirements for A e Analytics and ensure
  • that solutions meet these requirements
  • Support the development of the digital analytics and marketing technology platforms,
  • focusing on the enrichment of our A e Analytic data through building integrations with
  • A e Target, A e Audience Manager, Ad Tech and other third-party technologies
  • Integrate additional systems and products within and outside A e ecosystem
  •  Work with clients and within agile development teams to ensure feature builds are tracked
  • in accordance with business objectives
  • Maintain and build tagging and data structures across digital properties utilizing data-layers
  •  Support and develop processes and documentation for tagging, testing, QA, and reporting
  • Work closely with developers to ensure target code follows best practices
  •  Develop reports and Dashboards to meet clients’ needs in A e Analytics and Target Advice
  • on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met
  •  Support an ongoing roadmap of Analytics improvements.
  •  Report on testing efforts and communicate insights to a broader audience

Qualification and Experience

  •  3+ years of experience in A e Analytics and A e Experience Manager. Experience in Front End Frameworks will be a plus

Requirements

Must have a passion for understanding and transforming data into meaningful personalized

experiences

  •  Experience in leading A e Analytics/Google Analytics implementations across digital

properties

  • Expert knowledge of A e Analysis workspace
  • Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies for optimizing and evaluating data
  • Consult & implement the best-practice approaches for A e Analytics Implementation
  • Experience with Digital Analytics tools like A e Analytics and Tag Management Solutions
  • like A e Launch
  • Experience in A/B & MVT solutions like A e Target
  • Ability to independently manage analytic projects with a high degree of accuracy and

attention to detail

  •  Ability to prioritize and work in a very fast-paced environment
  • Development skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Data layers
  • Knowledge of data science techniques and languages such as Python would be a plus
  •  Problem solving skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams like product owners, technologies
  • teams, and marketing teams
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills
