Need BA skills plus implementation experience with at least one CRM: Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel.

7-10 Years in Business Analysis experience.
Experience working on a CRM implementation at an enterprise level –Required
MS Dynamics 365 knowledge -Strong Plus
Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation (PSA) modules Knowledge -Required
Insurance industry knowledge –Highly desired
Functional certification on MSD -Nice to have
Experience on Agile projects, including User Stories.
Strong communication and customer facing skills
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Microsoft Office
Experience with SQL preferred, but not required unless otherwise noted below.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, technology or related field, or significant work experience
