Position: Talend Data Engineer
Location: Chicago IL
Job Description:
Resource should focus on production support and require an adequate knowledge on Talend Unix and Workflow scheduler tool
Need to do analysis on the tickets and provide the root cause for the failures.
Coordination with various teams to help resolve and fix production Issues
SLA Adherence for various Incident Categories and tracking the same in ITSM tool
Provide Maintenance Break fix support for Performance enhancement. Code fix in case of any bugs
Initiate and drive calls for business failures system down and bring it to closure quickly
Experience in handling Incident Management Ticket Handling
Coordination among different Teams
Initial analysis on problems coordination with SME on identifying the Root cause.
Skills: Talend Data Quality , Talend Platform , Talend Data Mgmt platform.
