This role establishes the overall strategic process design and ensures a well-planned solution from a configuration management process perspective
The role provides consultative help around process modeling design-build implementation and rollout
Primary benefit and focus of this role is to coordinate common activities between the Process Core Teams to ensure maximum efficiency
Responsible for assisting with the managing of the CMDB and its associated CIs in alignment with strategic company objectives
Responsible for working with the ITSM organization and technology teams on configuring and maintaining CMDB population and reconciliation processes
