Experience designing a cloud architecture for Azure Gov Cloud
Ability to work closely with the business to understand and incorporate non-functional requirements in the application architecture
Experience in designing service management, orchestration, monitoring and management requirements of cloud platform
Hands-on experience in migrating on-prem data center to Azure Gov cloud
Application deployment and data migration on Azure
Hands-on experience in scripting languages like Python, Shell, etc
Knowledge of enterprise architectures and cloud reference architecture
Expertise in designing HA, DR, Backup and retention architectures on cloud platforms
Responsibilities:
Engaging with C-level executives to define Enterprise cloud strategies.
Handle multiple consulting projects and handle complex issues for clients cloud’s customers.
Analyzing application portfolios, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and assessing migration feasibility.
Generating Azure Gov migration roadmaps and driving buy-in across complex organization structures.
Getting feedback from common Enterprise requirements into Azure service development teams.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience delivering technology solutions to global customers to enable technologies and cloud services
A Bachelor’s degree, Masters/MBA/Ph.D. degree preferred.
8+ years of IT consulting experience as a technical specialist in Customer-facing roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
