Job Role: Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Location: Lake Mary, FL(Remote till Covid)

Duration: Long Term

Description:

• 5 years of total experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

• Minimum 3 years of Monitoring Operations experience or specialization in:

• Network Monitoring Operations.

• Application Monitoring Operations.

• Container/Serverless Function Monitoring.

• Server/Database Monitoring.

• General technical know-how of IT Infrastructure areas – network/databases/servers.

• General technical know-how of enterprise IT applications, their workflows etc.

• Minimum 3 years of: Configuring API based integrations

• Writing and maintaining automation code

• Python preferred, but other languages appreciated§

• Working with Incident remediation orchestration/Self-healing infrastructures

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• A deep understanding and contextual experience with:
• ITIL-based Event, Incident, Problem management experience.
• DataDog’s suite of tools
• Experience with other Enterprise-grade monitoring tooling is appreciated
• Experience with AIOps platforms and their nuance
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows/catalog automations
• Configuring/Managing DevOps Pipelines beyond deployment automation
• Configuring/Managing Code repositories and leveraging merge request automation for adherence to ITIL requirements
• Must have the technical aptitude to learn, apply and solve technological solutions and/or challenges
