Detailed Job Description:
- To manage End user devices (Desktop, Laptop, etc) to lead and support our onsite team.
- The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing second level support to internal customers by processing service requests that arrive at the technical help desk and assist with answering phone calls on the service desk. The ideal candidate will be one who utilizes management tools and processes to resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
