Job Summary:

This position is a replacement for the BA/PM. Hiring a technical BA for all dealers services projects. Individual must be a self-starter that can transpose business requirements into technical requirements to be handed off to the developers. Individual should be able to manage kanban board, daily 8 am ET 'ready for business standup' and dev status meeting

 

Essential Job Functions:

1.     Define and document business and technical requirements

2.     Develops and maintains relevant system and process documentation for existing and proposed processes.

3.     Facilitate EPIC grooming sessions including defining detailed descriptions, use cases, identifying risks and benefits of the requirement.

4.     Review and analyze data in support of existing and new initiatives.

5.     Proactively work with TCOE to define test cases that align with the use cases

6.     Collaborates with Testing/QA team in the execution of User Acceptance

7.     Increased sense of urgency to Production problems and resolution.

8.     Conduct/Facilitate RCA(Root Cause Analysis) after successful completion of FordDrect’s IA(Incident Advisory) process.

9.     Collaborates with Testing/QA team in the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

10.  Coordinates and performs tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes/systems, and other post implementation support.

11.  SCRUM master experience good to have.

 

Other Responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinates and creates tickets for the on-boarding of new development resources

2. Manages the release calendar and Kanban board

3. Manages the access tickets and keeps track of it on wiki

4. Wiki documentation

 

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, and data modelling.
  • Three years of experience using SQL.
  • Experience working with .Net and JavaScript applications.
  • Experience with jira and wiki
  • Strong data management and analysis skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to work with offshore resource and remote vendor management
