Job Description:
• Analysts with insurance and business knowledge, responsible for requirements management, high level solution design and implementation support.
• Maintains high level understanding of application and systems components and integration.
• Acts as liaison between business people who have a business problem and technology people who know how to create automated solutions. Participates on business teams in performing need assessments and work flow analysis, business case construction, businesses process design and optimization activities.
• Gathers details, and documents business requirements in a format that is useful to the technical developers.
• Verifies that all requirements are testable and generates testing objectives.
• Participates in design reviews.
• Participates in UAT process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
-Education: Degree not required, but some college experience preferred
Release Comments:
• we really need someone experienced (minimum 5 years, prefer closer to 8)
• can ramp up quickly and work independently / lead sessions with the business as well as the development team
• Agile / Scrum experience preferred
• Insurance / Claims experience preferred
• Some technical experience preferred (like SQL skills to query data tables)
