· Understanding of SDLC
· Proficient in Technical and Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis and Testing various methodologies.
· Able to write User stories
· In depth knowledge of AGILE methodology, Use Cases, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/D).
· Preferably Accounting principles knowledge
· Excellent knowledge of Data analysis and reconciliation
· Able to do SQL queries and analyze data
· Ability to understand system and transform that into business aspect
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to directly work with business and understand requirementsHands on SQL skills, able to do data analysis
· Ability to document the business requirements
