Job Description :
Position: Business System Analyst
Start Date: ASAP
No of Positions: 6
Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Minimum 3+ years of Production Support experience
Ability to operate under pressure and meet strict deadlines is a must.
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Excellent technical skills including strong problem-solving abilities.
24x7 Support experience
Basic Database / SQL experience
Experience with Remedy (or similar) ticketing system
Experience with Splunk for researching transactions in logs
Duties include:
researching provisioning issues to identify resolution work steps;
documenting steps required to resolve an issue;
executing provided work steps for resolving provisioning issues;
mapping issues in tickets to known root causes;
Ability to work under tight deadlines with a “get the job done” mindset
Strong sense of responsibility – willing to take ownership of issues
