Job Title: Sr. Application Developer – BPM Development 

 Location: Harrisburg, PA

Job Description: 

Our client is looking to hire full time for the following position.  No C2C opportunity for this.  Only applicants looking for full time can apply.  This is located at their office in Harrisburg, PA. Salary range is $110,000 to $140,000 with great company benefits.

 This is an ONSITE position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to understand the process, key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs) and how that process might best be implemented.
  • Perform as a senior member on the Decisions BPM Team (within the Web Development Team) in the areas of business process automation, system integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integrations.
  • Design and develop services to/from other application areas (including, but not limited to: Dynamics AX/CRM, Progress, Java and .Net).
  • Perform as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent of the BPM Solutions Platform within the enterprise.
  • Provide application design recommendations that align with long and short-term IT and business strategies.
  • Understand and consistently apply current application development methodology attributes and processes.
  • Evaluate third-party software applications and components targeted for possible integration into the overall solution, including strategic applications, tools and utilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Required

Education

  • Two (2) year degree in Computer Science or related field of study.


Experience

  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 2+ years experience in a BPM Solution Platform such as Decisions, Pega, IBM BPM or Appian.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.


Preferred

Education

  • Four (4) year degree in Computer Science or related field of study.


Experience

  • Experience with Decision BPM Platform.
  • Experience with MS Team Foundation Server.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in integration of BPM with Microsoft Exchange.
