Job Description: Seasoned, high energy sales professionals for US Region, with proven track record of success in sales of Systems Integrator Services for any of enterprise-wide CRM Cloud application (Salesforce, Oracle CX Cloud, SAP CRM or Oracle Siebel CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM) along with knowledge and understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (SaaS/PaaS, AWS, Azure etc. Must have worked with large global organizations in insurance industry, must have good understanding of insurance domain specific processes and should have ability to engage with senior level professionals from IT and business of customers/prospects organizations. Must have proven skills and ability to penetrate major accounts and open new logos. Demonstrated experience of consistently exceeding assigned annual quota by focusing on net new account penetration. Develop proposals, respond to RFP's, perform estimation and solutioning and give presentations. Work with diverse teams to provide input to product development direction and activities. Requires travel within anywhere in US. Responsibilities: Responsible for creating leads and taking forward in the sales cycle by ultimately wining them and making them our customers. Accept revenue targets on quarterly/yearly basis and meet or exceed those targets. Responsible for the sales function in a practice set up for a insurance vertical for US region. Take leadership in advising clients of best practices for solution architecture requirements, development, & solutions. Develop strong client relationships. Ability to present business case and work with one along with customers. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any stream of Engineering, Performed a sales function earlier, Excellent communication skills. Strong technical understanding of CRM, CX and Cloud Infrastructure. MBA from any reputed institute in India or US is preferred.
