Must Have Skills:
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Validation, SQL SQL and Oracle database, working Knowledge of Relational andor NoSQL Data Structure, experience in Data Governance Projects.
2. Minimum of 5 years of Agile experience
3. Experience in the Healthcare industry andor working with highly regulated data (e.g. PHI and PII), Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Nice to have skills:
1. Good experience in US Healthcare domain 2. Ability to garner support and consensus to move projects forward with the best outcomes, Strong data and business analysis skills with the ability to write SQL queries.
Detailed Job Description:
The Data Solutions Analyst will work within the IT Enterprise Data Management Team. This individual will work with clients to determine business requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators KPI, and influence BI and data solutions. This includes working with business and development teams to ensure we design and deliver enterprise data solutions.
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Works with internal and external customers and IT Partners to develop and analyze business intelligence needs. Provides input to business requirements for the design of solutions. Interprets business requirements and determines optimum BI solutions to meet needs.
2. Shape the tactical execution of the data management program in accordance with data governance policies. Write SQL queries to research issues and prototype data solutions.
