Top 3-4 Technical skills, specific technical knowledge
O Experience in Exstream, ECM Stack
o California Welfare program knowledge preferred/County/Eligibility highly recommended.
o CalWIN experience beneficial.
o Strong Business Analysts skills with the ability to work all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle

Top 3-4 Soft Skills for the position
o Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
o Facilitation and requirements determination experience.
o Ability to interact with customers to analyze, define, test and implement business processes and procedures.
o Ability to lead a team and to work within a team to determine project scope, planning needs and requirements for large and small projects.

Daily Duties:
o Facilitate and determine requirements.
o Interact with customers to analyze, define, test and implement business processes and procedures.
