Summary
The incumbent must meet work deadlines, have regular attendance, good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, ability to work with a team, ability to multi-task, use a PC and a computer terminal, and the specialized telephone system. It requires access to all areas of the office, and the ability to sit for extended periods of time, periodically bending and twisting, and frequent application of a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. The Company will provide reasonable accommodation where necessary.

As our Business Analyst you will:
Develop/maintain record of business processes and understand the business processes of assigned partners and how they relate to our functional areas.
Assist in developing features and requirements into a fully-formed project or feature vision that describes the needs, features, constraints, and scope of a project.
Able to analyze and evaluate business and/or system processes.
Assist in the resolution of retailer process gaps as necessary.
Work closely with project teams that range from product managers, IT and QA engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Proactive approach and communication with constant emphasis on maintaining alignment with key sponsors.
Able to build strong partnerships across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
8+ year’s professional experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Well-developed negotiation and problem solving skills.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience defining and documenting Themes, Epics, and User Stories.
Experience prioritizing and managing backlogs.
Experience with working with, and managing integrated Vendor solutions.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) a plus.
Experience working with cross functional teams a plus.
Experience with business process improvements and methodologies is preferred.
Experience with building go-to-market strategies and plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with a customer service orientation; ability to discuss technical topics with a non-technical audience.
Possess business acumen and have the ability to work closely with all levels of employees and management.
Experience in financial services or servicing operations desirable.
