Business Analyst
Location: 100% remote - prefer candidates located either West Coast to Central. May be expected to travel to Round Rock, TX on rare occasion.
Duration: 9 months with possible extension and/or conversion but not guaranteed

Must Haves: US Citizenship, Strongly prefer candidates with Siebel experience, Application support experience, Previous business analyst jobs where requirements were gathered and implemented, Previous help desk or call desk support, Ability to communicate effectively, Impeccable with note taking and follow-ups.

Description:
The Dell Federal Business Enablement Team is in need of a business analyst to help support our current business users with day to day how to questions regarding the Salesfore.com and Siebel platforms. The analyst will be required to work with both business, internal FBE team and IT stakeholders to identify solutions to complex business process and data management problems within a highly integrated and regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have had experience with Salesforce.com and/or Siebel applications. This position can be considered a front line support analyst that will be taking some of the work from our current FBE team members and also helping to drive the creation of our business support org.

Team:
This resource will work with a core program team of 25 team members, mostly program managers, business analysts, business process experts, and architects. Additionally, this resource will work with the typical range of IT resources, including developers, Product Owners, testers, program managers, infrastructure engineers and management. Lastly, this resource will interface with our strategic consulting partners who are assisting with program delivery.

Day to Day:
Documentation of support procedures; Review and assessment of business requests and how to route them; Training of the current FBE Siebel and Salesforce.com platforms. Ability to work with owners of current processes and articulate that into a maintainable support process; Ability to interface with end users in a professional manner; Tracking and follow-up of all intake requests.
